While I carefully research and recommend travel options that best fit your needs, I do not own or operate airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, or other travel suppliers.

All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers, each of whom maintains its own terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and operating procedures.

Host Agency Relationship

Meghan Mitchell Escapes is an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, a licensed host travel agency. Through this affiliation, I have access to a global network of preferred travel partners, exclusive amenities, professional resources, and supplier relationships that allow me to provide exceptional service and added value to my clients.

While bookings may be processed through Fora Travel and its supplier partners, all trip planning, personalized recommendations, and client support are provided directly by Meghan Mitchell Escapes.

Supplier Responsibility

Meghan Mitchell Escapes is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, financial default, delays, schedule changes, cancellations, overbookings, weather events, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, health emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond my reasonable control affecting third-party travel suppliers.

Any claims related to transportation, accommodations, excursions, or other travel services must be addressed with the applicable supplier.

Pricing & Availability

Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, vaccination records, and any other documentation required for travel.

It is also the traveler's responsibility to verify entry requirements, identification requirements, and health regulations for each destination.

Meghan Mitchell Escapes is not responsible for denied boarding or denied entry resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every trip.

Unexpected events—including illness, injury, weather disruptions, supplier bankruptcy, baggage delays, and trip interruptions—can occur at any time.

Clients who decline travel insurance acknowledge that they assume full financial responsibility for any losses associated with their travel arrangements.

Health & Safety

Travelers are responsible for determining whether travel is appropriate based on their individual health, mobility, and personal circumstances.

Clients are encouraged to review current government travel advisories and consult appropriate medical professionals regarding recommended vaccinations or health precautions before departure.

Force Majeure

Meghan Mitchell Escapes shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, labor strikes, or other force majeure events.
